A US visa always involves an interview with a consular officer. The decision takes minutes, so your DS-160, your documents and the way you describe your trip must match in every detail.

We complete the form, help with additional forms (DS-5535, I-134 for a sponsor), book the interview and prepare you for the officer’s questions.

What we do

  • Completing the DS-160 in English
  • Supplemental DS-5535 questionnaire when requested
  • I-134 and the sponsor’s document package
  • Paying the consular fee and booking the interview
  • Interview preparation: typical questions and answer review
  • Help with the Green Card (DV Lottery) entry during the registration period

Which visa do you need

  • B1/B2 — tourism, medical treatment, visiting relatives, business meetings and conferences.
  • F-1 — study at a US university, college or language school. Requires a Form I-20 from the school.
  • J-1 — exchange programs: Work & Travel, internships, academic exchange. Requires a Form DS-2019.

If your purpose is mixed, we will tell you which category fits — choosing the wrong visa is a common reason for refusal.

Why visas are refused and how to avoid it

The most common reason is that the officer is not convinced the applicant will return home (section 214(b)). Strong ties to Kyrgyzstan help — work, study, family, property, travel history — along with a consistent story at the interview.

We review weak points in advance and tell you honestly whether to apply now or strengthen your profile first.

Documents you need

  • Passport valid at least 6 months beyond your stay
  • Digital photo meeting State Department requirements (5×5 cm)
  • Fee payment and appointment confirmation
  • Employment or study letter, bank statement
  • Family and property documents (as applicable)
  • For F-1 / J-1: Form I-20 or DS-2019 and the SEVIS fee receipt

The exact list depends on your purpose of travel — you get a personal checklist after the consultation.

FAQ

How long is the wait for an interview?

It depends on the embassy’s workload and changes during the year. We check current dates when booking.

What is the DS-5535?

A supplemental questionnaire the officer may request after the interview: travel history, addresses, employment and social media for recent years. We help you complete it quickly and consistently with your DS-160.

Can I reapply after a refusal?

Yes, there is no waiting period. But without changes to your application or circumstances, a new attempt often ends the same way. We start by analysing the reason for refusal.
