The Embassy of Japan looks closely at your travel plan: where you will be each day, who pays for the trip and how you are tied to Kyrgyzstan.
We build a clear day-by-day itinerary, help with documents from an inviting party (if any) and review your financial documents.
What we do
- Day-by-day schedule of stay
- Completing the visa application form
- Hotel and flight reservations
- Advice on the inviting party’s documents
- Reviewing financial documents
- Preparing the package for submission
Tourist and visitor visas
For tourism, the application rests on the itinerary and bookings. For family or business visits you need documents from the inviting party in Japan: an invitation letter, a letter of guarantee and a schedule of stay. We tell you which forms to request and how to fill them in correctly.
Documents you need
- Passport
- Application form and 4.5×4.5 cm photo
- Day-by-day schedule of stay
- Hotel and flight reservations
- Employment letter and bank statement

FAQ
How long does a Japan visa take?
Usually about a week after submission, but some cases take longer. Apply at least a month before travel.
Do I need an invitation for tourism?
No — for a tourist trip the itinerary, bookings and financial documents are enough.
Can I study in Japan?
Study requires a student visa issued on the basis of a Certificate of Eligibility (CoE) from the school. Message us and we will suggest options.
